He was predeceased by: his parents, Boyd Lionberger and Mary A Sell Lionberger; his former wife Patsy Ann Lionberger; his sons, Clark Lionberger and Martin Lionberger; and his siblings, Richard L Lionberger and Betty Lindschmidt.
He is survived by: his wife Betty West; his siblings, John Lionberger, Lowell Lionberger, Carol Ann Horn and Sherrel Fence; his children, Bethany Ellen Reel, Debra Lynn Smith, Brenda K Smith, Amber Lynn Sanzo, Donald Paul Lionberger and Michael John Sanzo; and his stepchildren, Mark West, Keith West, Julie Hamilton, Cindy Williamson and Gwen Maines. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Warsaw Methodist Church (204 E Main St, Warsaw, KY 41095). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials can be directed to Warsaw Methodist Church or Saint Jude Children's Hospital.
