She was predeceased by: her parents, George Ditto and Carrie Ditto; her husband Carl Henry Ford; and her grandson John Wallace. She is survived by: her daughters, Carla Wallace (Patrick) of Elizabethtown and Clarissa Smith of Louisville; her grandchildren, Justin Wallace (Whitney) of Elizabethtown, Ford Smith of Louisville, Chelsea Smith of Louisville and Liam Smith of Louisville; and her great grandchildren, Macie Wallace and Caleb Wallace of Louisville.
Visitation will be held on Monday, May 18th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, May 19th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, May 19th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the Gilead Baptist Church (2691 Gilead Church Rd, Glendale, KY 42740).
