She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Strader and Katherine Strader; her son Danny Puckett; her siblings, Ruel Strader, Harold Strader, Jimmy Strader, Truman Strader, Billy Strader and Gladys Lucas; her granddaughter Kimberly Puckett-Carwile; and her great grandchildren, Harper and Reese Leasor.
She is survived by: her husband Jackie Puckett of Glendale; her sons, Steve Puckett and Ricky Puckett of Glendale; her brother Milton Strader (Donna) of Elizabethtown; her grandchildren, Kristen Ritchie, Matthew Puckett, Tonya Leasor (Jarrett) and Amanda Karat (Adi); and her great grandchildren, Nicole, Daniel, Molly Ritchie, Noah, Wyatt, Rhett, Tate Leasor, Kayligh, Caden Chapman and Paislee Puckett.
