He was predeceased by: his parents, Dick Allen and Sara Keller Allen; and his sister Elizabeth Hale. He is survived by: his wife Janice Haddock Allen; his children, Rich Allen and Kelly Ahart; his grandchildren, Hannah Drake (Michael), CJ Ahart (Katelyn), Dallas Ahart (Kacie), Evan Allen, Griffin Allen and Harrison Allen; his great grandchildren, Charlotte Drake, Blakely Drake and Zane Drake; and also Chad Ahart.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Goodwin Funeral Home Inc. (138 Main St, Cadiz, KY 42211). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
