He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Phillips and Lucille Wallace Phillips; and his siblings, Phyillis Janet and Stan Phillips. He is survived by: his wife Connie Garner; his daughters, Stephanie Swoboda (Steven) and Jennifer Deaton (Paul); his sister Linda Joy Stover (Greg); his sister-in-law Joan Phillips; his grandsons, Barry Deaton (Tamara), Corey Swann (Nicole), Chester Deaton, Jamie Swoboda and Casey Swoboda; and his great grandchildren, Frank, Clara, Owen Deaton, Grayson and Opal Swann. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews and most special friends.
