He is survived by: his daughters, Linda Brand (James) of Reidsville, NC and Rachel Bray (Frank) of Clayton, NC; his daughter-in-law Marion Newman of Grand Rivers; his sister Rosa Dean Hoffman of Pensacola, FL; his grandchildren, Jason, Dana Brand, Shane, Jennifer Bray, James and Samantha Newman; and his great grandchildren, Darien Bray, Briar Newman and Sampson Newman. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
