He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom Scott and Martha Scott. He is survived by: his wife Catherine Scott of Grand Rivers, KY; and his daughter Lorie Holland of Paducah, KY. He is also survived by 2 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren and several brothers and sisters.
