He was predeceased by: his son Thomas Bandy; his brothers, Leroy Engle and Billy Frank Burns; and his parents, James Engle and Mamie Ruth Engle.
He is survived by: his wife Lily Myrtle Engle; his daughter Angie Nell (Jim); his sister Evelyn Cowan (Paul); his grandchildren, Kristen Clickner (Noah), Brittany Stamm (Shane), Zachery Nell (Zoey), Clayton Nell (Blair) and Tyler Bandy; and his great grandchildren, James Clickner, Ryan Clickner, Morgan Stamm, Jack Stamm, Cayman Nell and Miriam Nell. He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
