He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Tucker and Sammy Lee Tucker of Kenton County; his stepdaughters, Tina Garcia and Stella Woods; and his wife Joyce Ann Tucker (Penick).
He is survived by: his son David E. Tucker (Gail) of Harrison County; his siblings, George Tucker (Marilyn), Edna Cain, Joe Myers (Sylvia), Eugene Hughes (Debbie), Mary Martin (Ray), Clarence "Al" Collins and Tim Dinser (Lisa); his son-in-law Edward Woods; and his stepson Robert Blaine. He is also survived by 20 Grandchildren, along with several Great-Grandchildren.
