He is survived by: his wife Shellie Hatfield of Gravel Switch, KY; his daughters, Shannon Curry (Mike) of Russell Springs, KY and Amanda Cook (Todd) of Knoxville, TN; his stepchildren, Amanda Wesley (Brian) of Broomfield, CO, Brandon Wesley (Tiffany) of Nashville, TN and Dana Shely (Matt) of Lawrenceburg, KY; his grandchildren, Lily, Addison Rucker, Jazmine and Elijah Curry; his stepgrandchildren, Jonah, Cooper, Bryson Cook, Aubrey, Gauge Wilson, Leah Shely, Riggin and Bixby Wesley; and his sister Ruby Holmes (Rollin) of Columbia, KY.
