He was predeceased by : his father Grover Daugherty. He is survived by : his mother Susie Riley Daugherty of Lebanon; his wife Donna Simpson of Gravel Switch; his son Jason Simpson (M. J.) of Danville; his sister Sandra Cook (Tim) of Lebanon; his brother-in-law Pat Hourigan of Gravel Switch; his niece Cassie Carpenter of Virginia; his nephews, Josh Cook of Utah and Aaron Cook of Utah; and his grandchildren, Wyatt Simpson and Isla Simpson.
