He is survived by: his siblings, Rosemary Rutledge (Daniel) of Gray, Arlene Lewis, T. J. Swinehart of Corbin, Josie Hensley of Barbourville, Jean Carter of Barbourville, Vincent Daniel Lewis of Keavy and Mike Hensley (Lisa) of Corbin; and his children, Megan Ridley (Zane) of Georgia and Tyler Humphries of Georgia. He is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
