She is survived by: her daughters, Dottie Lynn Smith of Pineville, Pamela Ballard (Tom) of Bardstown, Cindy Kaye Mills of London, Deborah Mills of Pineville and Deanna Fore (Matthew) of Gray; her siblings, Curtis Smith of Maryland and Mae Jones of Pineville; her grandchildren, Chelsie Mills (James Patterson), Joseph (Maddison Mills), Joshua (Leandra Ballard), Rebecca (Nick Mudd), Jacob (Hailey Ballard), Katie Ballard (Cole Mingus), Sarah Elizabeth (Justin Carnes), Hunter Michael West and Isabella Clairese Mills; and her great grandchildren, Adaline Grace Patterson, Kaleb Ballard, Margaux Ballard, Pepper Ballard, Aiden Mudd, Eli Mudd, Noah Mudd, Miles Mudd, Jacob Ballard, Austin Ballard, Macy Elizabeth Carnes, Addison Olivia Carnes and Kennedy Willow Reese Carnes.
