She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester "Spur" Bargo and Florence Mills Bargo; her husband Aster; her sons, Vernon and Randy Mills; her siblings, Cordie Hubbard (Lark), Lillie Bargo (J. D.), Troy Wilson (Ray), Elsie Hubbard (Howard), Eva Grubb (Percy) and James Bargo (Carolyn); and her brothers-in-law, Melvin Smith and Randall Price.

She is survived by: her children, Alford Mills (Shirley) of Gray, Doris Tackett (Roger) of Eastern and Marsha Hubbs (Gary) of Gray; her daughter-in-law Linda Sue Mills of Gray; her sisters, Axie Bargo of Hinkle, Eller Smith of Hinkle, Doris Williams (John) of Corbin and Marlene Price of Belleville, MI; her grandchildren, Aster Wesley Mills (Michelle), Daniel Mills (Courtney), Robert McKeehan (Jamie), Jason McKeehan (Christin), Lily-Kate Hubbs and Jasper Hubbs; her great grandchildren, Meighan, Matthew, Reagan, Brandi, Virgil and Ridley; and her great great grandchild Noah.
