He was predeceased by: his parents, Alva "Buck" Castle and Dorothy Charles Castle; his daughter Jeanie Lynn Waugh; his grandsons, William Robert Waugh and Rodney Caleb Waugh; his son-in-law Rodney Russell Waugh; and his siblings, Sandra Hampton and William Gene Castle.
He is survived by: his wife Lena Ruth Conley Castle; and his caregiver Carol Cole-Waugh.
