She was predeceased by: her parents, James L. Kitchen and Elizabeth McDavid Kitchen; her husband Charles Blevins; her daughter Debra Shearer; her siblings, Joe Kitchen, Gary Kitchen and Joyce Kitchen; and her daughter-in-law Marsha Blevins.
She is survived by: her children, Charles Darren Blevins of Grayson, Kentucky and Pamela Wilson (Timothy) of Grayson, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Jeremiah Shearer, Shea Fraley, Dereck Blevins and Larissa Blevins; her great grandchildren, Makenzi, Dylan, Brody, Brandi, Sawyer, Rylie and Carter; and her sister-in-law Mary Lee Kitchen of Grayson, Kentucky.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 18th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, September 19th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Grayson Funeral Home and Cremation Services (49 McCoy Rd, Grayson, KY 41143). A funeral service will be held on Friday, September 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
