She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Lee and Jewell Marie Waggoner Elam; her husband William Earl "Bill" Stephens; her son-in-law Jackie Lee Fleming; and her siblings, James Robert, Jack Elam, Jean Grubb and Laverne Elam.
She is survived by: her daughters, Brenda Kay Fleming of Grayson and Jackie Marie Davidson (Jim) of Greenville; her grandchildren, Nikki Fleming (Phillip Felty), Eric Fleming, Tyler Fleming (Kristin), Shea Thompson (Justin) and Lexie Davidson (Josh Smith); her great grandchild Macey Fleming; her great great grandchild Kingston Fleming; and her sister-in-law Thelma Elam.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Malone Funeral Home (325 Malone Ln, Grayson, KY 41143). A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
