She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Driggers and Bonnie Brock Driggers; and her brother Larry Driggers. She is survived by: her husband William "Bill" Hall, Jr.; her children, Darrin Welsh (Marquita) of Grayson and Tammy Rasmussen (Steve) of South Carolina; her grandchildren, Trenton Welsh, Stephen Tyner, Dustin Tyner and Kipp Tyner; her great grandchildren, Owen Welsh, Leo Welsh and Klaire Tyner; and her siblings, Donnie Driggers of South Carolina, Wayne Driggers of South Carolina, Peggy Burr of South Carolina and Diane Driggers of South Carolina.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Malone Funeral Home (325 Malone Ln, Grayson, KY 41143). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
