She was predeceased by: her parents, John Spillman Richmond and Della Williams Richmond; her husband Billy Ray Fraley; and her brothers, Paul Dean Richmond and Harold Gene Richmond.
She is survived by: her sons, Harold Ray Fraley of Grayson, KY and Bobby Dean Fraley (Carol) of Grayson; her grandchildren, Caitlin and Chad; her caregiver Janet Sullivan; and her pet Benji.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery Northeast.
