He is survived by: his mother Verna Connelly; his wife Niki McDowell; his children, Kimberly Strond (Anthony), Ashleigh McDowell, Emilee Littleton (Eddie), Brian McDowell Jr. and Ethan McDowell; his grandchildren, Leighton, Maevry, Harper, Miley Littleton and Khloe King; and his brother Jon McDowell.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, December 5th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Military Honors AtThe Kentucky Veterans Cemetery Northeast (100 Veterans Mem Dr, Grayson, KY 41143).
