He was predeceased by : his parents, Sam Mullins and Pansy Littleton Mullins; his daughter Gerry Lynn Mullins; his son-in-law Greg Johnson; and his siblings, Charles, Bill, Todd, Tan, Ray, Marshlien and Linda.

He is survived by : his wife Yovonnia Glancy Mullins; his daughters, Jackie Clere (Clifford), Teresa Cartwright (Jack) and Tammy Johnson; and his sister Mary Lou. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, fifteen great-grandchildren, and three great- great grandchildren.
