Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Carolyn Sue Flaugher of Grayson, Kentucky, who passed away at the age of 83, on August 22, 2025. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Heber Ratcliff and Hazel Jane Queen Ratcliff; her husband James "Jim" Flaugher; her grandson Jeffery "Bub" Flaugher; her great grandchildren, Derrick Michael Flaugher, Caleb Andrew Flaugher, Austin Bryant Flaugher, Brady Johnson and Chandler Johnson; and her brothers, Billy Joe Ratcliff and Gene Clayton Ratcliff.
She is survived by: her children, Sandra Lycans (Randy) of Grayson, Teresa Marshall (Mitch) of Grayson, Jeffery Flaugher (Sue Townsend) and Jamie Flaugher (Tempest) of Grayson; her siblings, Kay Perry of Grayson and Donald Ratcliff of Denton, KY; and her niece Rhonda Sue Griffith.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that memorial donations be made to the Willard Church of Christ, C/O Food Pantry, P.O. Box 159, Willard, KY 41181, to continue Carolyn's legacy of giving and service to others.
