He is survived by: his significant other Nancy Bea Marshall; his children, Clayton "Whitey" Marshall Jr. (Kay) of Grayson, Linda Sloas of Grayson and Brenda Kelley (Ishmael "Bill") of Grayson; his daughter-in-law Rhonda Marshall of Grayson; his sister Jean Adams of Dayton, OH.; and his grandchildren, Terry Marshall (Joy), Jack Marshall (Amanda), Jeremy Sloas (Jeanie), Amber Kelley, Brandon Kelley (Tia Via), Jessica Johnston (Graham) and Carley Webb (Chase). He is also survived by seventeen great-grandchildren, eighteen great-great-grandchildren, and one precious great-great-grandchild.
