It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Darlene Rice Mullins of Grayson, Kentucky, who passed away on December 29, 2023, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Gary Wheeler and Norma Jean Roberts Wheeler; and her siblings, Donald Rice, Wanda Wheeler and Teresa Hutchinson.

She is survived by : her son Michael Mullins (Carrie) of Grayson, Kentucky; and her brother Gary Jessie Wheeler of Ashland.
