He is survived by: his mother Geneva Burton (Sizemore) of Pataskala; his son Micheal Cook (Stephanie Emery) of Loris; his siblings, John Burton of Loris, Linda Goddard (Charlie) of Groveport and Brenda Thompson (Bill) of Pataskala, Ohio; his granddaughters, Breanna Gosnell of South Carolina, Joanna Gosnell of South Carolina, Savanna Cooke of South Carolina and Roseanna Cooke of South Carolina; his great grandchildren, Steve Schmidt (Amanda) of Russell and Carolyn Stapleton (Chris) of Pickerington, Ohio; his grandchildren, Alexs Nichols, Brayden, Eva Schmidt, Austin, Hailey, Brian Stapleton (Danni), Cam Bryan and Max Bryan; and his great grandchild Silas Stapleton. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
