He is survived by: his wife Patt Smith Barker; his children, Kenneth Barker (Sheri) of Dayton, OH and Denise Baugh (Dan) of Eustis, FL; his sister Marcella Manning (Clint) of Grayson; his grandchildren, Danielle Baugh, Matthew Baugh, Michael Baugh, Katie Velilla, Hailey Barker, Jessica Barker and Jusitn Barker; and his great grandchildren, Naomi Velilla and Samuel Velilla.
