She was predeceased by: her parents, George W. Owens and Florence Stallard Owens; her husband Clifford Earl Shaffer; her siblings, Clayton Owens, Wilma Owens, Allen Owens, George W. Owens Jr. and Julia Marie Peters; her sons, Raleigh Kenneth Shaffer and James O. Shaffer; and her grandsons, John Allen and Norman Edward Shaffer.
She is survived by: her sons, William Earl Shaffer (Sherri) and Norman Allen Shaffer (Elizabeth); her daughter-in-law Mary Jane Shaffer; her grandsons, Steve Shaffer (Lynn), Brenton Shaffer (Frances), Matthew Shaffer, Gary K. Shaffer (Krissi) and Larry D. Shaffer; her great grandchild Chad Sansom; Madison Shaffer Fry (Kaleb), Brianna Shaffer, Sydney Shaffer and Ella Kay Fry.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Grayson Funeral Home and Cremation Services (49 McCoy Rd, Grayson, KY 41143). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
