Smith; his children, Ronald Dee Smith (Sema) of Hickory, NC, Carl Eugene Smith (Melissa) of Mansfield, OH, James Thomas Smith (Amanda) of Greenup, KY and Kimberly Sue McDaniels (Jeremiah) of Boyd County, KY; his stepchildren, Don Alan Smith (Tiann) of Smith Branch and Martha Ohara (Shig) of San Mateo, CA; his siblings, Lovell Smith of Greenup, KY, Marion Smith of Roann, IN, Alieen Heeter of Roann, IN and Bonita Martin of Grayson, KY; and his grandchildren, Amanda, Julie (Bryan), Samantha, Ashley, Jonathan, Brittany (Jose), Kinsey (Luke), Noah (Savannah), James, Jennifer (Nick), Ryan (Janine) and Joshua. He is also survived by fourteen great-grandchildren.
