Greg left this world on July 6, 2025 at the age of 43, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his father William Glen Harlow; and his grandparents, Bill, Margie Cummings Harlow, Sherman and Marcella Gollihue.
He is survived by: his mother Tammy Lynn Gollihue Harlow; his brothers, Glen Harlow of Grayson, William Brian Harlow of Grayson, Jeff Harlow of Grayson and Ryan Harlow (Ronda) of Grayson; his stepsiblings, Donnie Harlow and Kathy Jo West of Columbus, OH; his close friend Ernie Moore; and his cousin Shannon Miles.
A graveside service was held on Wednesday, July 9th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Iron Hill Cemetery (1646 Iron Hill Rd, Grayson, KY 41143).
