She is survived by: her children, Jennifer Waggoner of Grayson, KY, Kelly Waggoner of Grayson, KY, Clyde Cecil Waggoner (Crystal) of Grayson, KY and George Richard Waggoner II of Louisville, KY; her siblings, Jennifer McDavid (Hal), Clarence Wells Jr. of Grayson, KY, Johnny Wells (Kathy) of Grayson, KY and Clyde Wells (Sherry) of Grayson, KY; her grandchildren, Kyle, Jacob, Kayden, Jadien, Makyla, Landen, Ashton and Brandon; her great grandchild Charlotte Rae Craft; and her nieces and nephews, Michael Gollihue, David Reffit, Hannah, Bethany and Faith Maddix.
