As we bid JoAnn farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernal Vernon and Alice Vernon; her husband Gordon Kiser, Sr.; and her siblings, Dorothy Johnson and Richard Scott.
She is survived by: her children, Jovenna Kiser, Gloria Jeannette Kiser and Alisa Jo Messer (Michael); her grandchildren, Lacy Harris (Tony), Dylan Clifton and Joseph Aiden Bailey; and her great grandchild Aiden Wayne Harris.
