He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul E. Waggoner and Virginia Pauline Burke Waggoner; his brothers, Stephen Waggoner and Paul Raudolph "Mouse" Waggoner; his sister-in-law Kim Waggoner; and his great-niece Carys Kitchen.
He is survived by: his sister Pamela Joy Kitchen (Michael) of Grayson; and his sibling's children, David Kitchen, Aaron Kitchen (Keri), Jason Waggoner, Dana DaBella (Josh), Lesley Lowery (Braun), Jennifer Stephens (Phillip) and Steven Waggoner (Kim). He is also survived by several great-nieces, great-nephews, friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 3rd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Malone Funeral Home (325 Malone Ln, Grayson, KY 41143). A funeral service was held on Monday, November 3rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
