He is survived by: his children, William "Bill" Elliott (Carla) and Kayla Elliott (Jeff) of Elliott County; his sister Sue Ingles of Lexington; his siblings-in-law, Rosemary Hatton (Red) of Ashland, Janet Jordan (Carroll) of Grayson, Wilma Middleton (Danny) of Grayson and Phillip Sagraves (Tonia) of Grayson; his nephew Anthony Jordan of Grayson; his niece Tammy Willoughby of Elliott County; and his grandchildren, Zack of Grayson and Aarion Jordan of Grayson. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
