She is survived by: her daughter Candi Carpenter; her caregivers, Stephanie Gearhart Johnson of Grayson, KY, Natalie "Missy" Gearhart Shuman (Scott) of Grayson, KY and Rene Gearhart of Grayson, KY; her brothers, Clifford Buck and James Buck of Grayson; her brother-in-law Elwood Fankell of Grayson; and her grandchildren, Christopher Acosta (Kayla) of Ashland and Alicia Acosta of Greenville.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Sparks Funeral Home (203 W Main St, Grayson, KY 41143). A funeral service will be held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
