She is survived by: her husband Richard Duty of Grayson Kentucky; her sons, Richard Duty (Ashley Buckel) of Lynchburg and Kevin Duty (Jessica) of Grayson, Kentucky; and her sisters, Betty Oney (Danny) of Webbville and Sue Mauk (Larry) of Grayson, Kentucky. She is also survived by ten grandchildren.
