She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Rice and Pauline Hensley Rice; her siblings, Gracie Smith, Jim Rice and Jay Walter Rice; her nephew Adam Rice; and her great-nephew Tommy Mendoza.
She is survived by: her siblings, Vina Miller of Ashland, Faye Adkins of Ashland, KY, Brenda McDavid of Grayson, KY, Judy Meadows (Jim) of Grayson, KY, Carol Ison of Ashland, KY, Chuck Rice of Rush, KY and Don Rice of Grayson, KY; her sister-in-law Cathy Rice of Grayson, KY; her siblings' children, Josh Marshall (Sarah), Dakota Meadows and Kayla Meadows; and her close friend Mary Rucker of Grayson, KY. She is also survived by other nieces, nephews, extended family, church family, and friends.
