He is survived by : his father Thomas Edward Gollihue; his wife Tammy Louise Pidgeon Gollihue; his children, Dalton Wade Gollihue of Grayson, Courtney Paige Johnston (Drew) of Grayson and Samantha Burke of Grayson; his grandchildren, Harper Johnston and Everleigh Johnston; and his siblings, Linda Calhoun (Kevin) of Grayson and Mike Gollihue (Vicki) of Winchester.
