He is survived by: his sons, Michael "Ryan" Carter of Grayson, KY, Nathan Carter of Hebron, KY and Aaron Carter of Grayson, KY; the mother of his children Judy Ramey; his grandson Dylan Carter; his sister Lisa Stephens (Lee) of Grayson, KY; his sister-in-law Barbara Carter of Grayson, KY; his nieces and nephews, Frank Thompson Carter III, Robyn Mays (Dean), Tiffany Grimmett, Chelsey Buck (Hunter), Ariel Fannin, Shay Carter, Matthew Carter and Braxton Mays; and his pet Lucky.
