She is survived by: her daughter Codie Pitsenbarger-Tolliver of Grayson, Kentucky; her granddaughter Alisha Rene Kelley of Grayson, Kentucky; and her great grandchildren, Jasper Skaggs and Colton Hayes. She is also survived by extended family members and dear friends.
