He is survived by: his wife Judy Robertson Smith; his son Jason Smith (Crystal) of Webbville, KY; his sister Elizabeth Manns; and his stepson Tony Adkins (Kathy). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 at 9:00 AM at the Malone Funeral Home (325 Malone Ln, Grayson, KY 41143). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
