She was predeceased by: her parents, Lace Arthur and Mae Belle Moore (Allen); and her sister Virginia Seagraves. She is survived by: her husband Bobby Joe Ratliff; her sons, Bobby Joe Ratliff, Jr. (Christina), Christopher Joseph Ratliff (Sarah), Michael Lee Ratliff and Timothy Daniel Ratliff (Jessica); her grandchildren, Austin, Daniel, Dakota of Tyler, CJ, Waylon, Samantha, Addison, Mya, Abby, Hayden, Rayden, David, Hayley, Jackson, Mikey, Zach, Alyssa and Logan; her siblings, James Larry Allen, Arthur Moore, Alta Ratliff, Wilson Moore, Jay Moore, John Moore (Dorrie), Doris Moore and Gregory Scott Moore; and her close friends, Teresa Adkins, Fred Blankenship and Clyde Adkins. She is also survived by 3 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Young Funeral Home Chapel (111 W Main St, Louisa, KY 41230). A funeral service will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Ratliff Family Cemetery (744 KY-3, Louisa, KY 41230).
