She is survived by: her daughters, Tammy Clark of Grayson, KY, Alisha Martin (Fred Kitchen) of Grayson, KY and Vickie Adkins of Grayson, KY; her grandchildren, Anna Claxon (Marvin Burchett), Douglas Claxon, Paige Martin, Gavin Moxley and Shelby Adkins; her great grandchildren, Abigail Burchett, Connor Claxon, Noah Claxon and Brody Burchett; and her siblings, Timothy Smith of Catlettsburg, KY, Paula Smith of Georgia and Brenda Stevens.
