He is survived by: his sons-in-law, Eddie Rucker, Tony Seagraves and Chad Sparks; his grandchildren, Brett Seagraves (Kimmy), Madison Porter (Drew), Brayden Seagraves, Rylin Sparks, Harli Sparks, Paityn Sparks, Kiana Seagraves, Laura Stamper (Chris), Jaron Rucker (Anna) and Shawna Seagraves; his great grandchildren, Aspyn, Harlan Seagraves, Huntley and Sybil Rucker; his wife Dorothy Ellen Ingles Rice; his brothers, Keith and Mikey Rice; his niece Jennifer Harp; and his pet Tucson. He is also survived by daughters, sons-in-law, grandchildren, great grandchildren.
