He is survived by: his wife Pat Parker Carper; his sons, Zachary Carper (Hannah) of Ashland and Derrick Carper (Kem) of Columbus Ohio; his grandchildren, Laurie, Quinton and Kellen; his siblings, Lovell Carper (Debbie) of Grayson, Michael Carper (Elsie) of Grayson and Shirley Williams; and his siblings-in-law, Robert Skaggs and Dottie Carper.
