Sarah will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around her. Friends and family will honor Sarah by reflecting on shared memories and the positive influence she had in their lives. Though Sarah is no longer present, the bonds she created and the experiences shared will endure. Sarah’s memory will continue to be a source of comfort for all who knew her.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence A. Blanton and Mary Alice Blevins Zuniga; her husband Garlen Ross Burton; her daughter Patricia "Patty" Ann Burton Williams; and her siblings, Clarence "Chuck" Blanton and Phyllis Carroll.
She is survived by: her grandson Mark Queen of Grayson, KY; and her brother Mike Blanton of Alton, IL. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Alzheimer Association, American Heart Association, or a special charity of your choice in honor of Sarah.
