She was predeceased by: her husband Matthew Edward Harper; and her brother Steven Waugh. She is survived by: her parents, Roxanne Adams (Donnie) and Chanie Waugh; her children, Brandon Harper (Caitie) of Grayson, KY and Jacklynn Harper of Grayson, KY; and her siblings, Chandra Stone of Rush, KY, Bambi Waugh of Grayson, KY, Jennifer Butler (Ray) of Berry, KY and Rick Waugh (RuthAnn) of Grayson, KY.
