He is survived by: his wife Linda Skaggs Lewis; his daughters, Amanda Arts (Trevor) of Dallas and Angela Williams (J. D.) of Grayson, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Kaylee Hall Burdick (Nick) of Birmingham, MaKenzie Hall (Chandler Tucker) of Dallas, Jordyn Arts of Dallas, Ava Williams of Grayson, Kentucky and Kaden Williams of Grayson, Kentucky; his brother Oscar Lewis (Ruth) of Sandy Hook, Kentucky; and his sister-in-law Patty Lewis.
