Anderson; and her sisters-in-law, Mary Lou Miller, Dorothy Thornton, Mary Katherine Atkinson and Margie Mitchell.
She is survived by: her children, Elmira Mills (Kelvin) and Greg Thornton (Amanda Colvin); her stepchildren, Garry Thornton, Damita Thornton Scott, Donnie "Squirrel" Williams, Kaye Calhoun and Cheryl Lynn Burton (Don); her grandchildren, Corey J Hancock, Casey Hancock, Ciera Thornton, Blake Henry, Ali Suratt, Erika Cummings and Candy Thornton; her great grandchildren, Massiah Shively, Makyla Shively, Demetrius Hancock, McKinleigh Hancock, Macklyn Hancock, Maverick Strange, Kylin Suratt, Mason Suratt, Zaidyn Henry, Baylor Cummings and Baylen Cummings; her daughter-in-law Jeanette Bobb (Jeremy) of Elizabethtown; and her siblings-in-law, Nora Lee Thornton and Danny R Curry. She is also survived by step grandchildren, step great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 7th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Foster-Toler-Curry Funeral Home (209 W Court St, Greensburg, KY 42743). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 at the Green County Memory Gardens (4697 Hodgenville Rd, Greensburg, KY 42743).
