He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Warren Mitchell and Hazel Savannah Keltner Mitchell; and his brother Terry Mitchell. He is survived by: his wife Donna Meadows Mitchell of Greensburg; his son Jamie; his daughter-in-law Kisha Jeffries of Greensburg; his daughters, Lynbree Nicki Mitchell of Columbia and Tasha (Gary Buckner); his grandchildren, Leah Buckner of Greensburg, Kacey Buckner of Greensburg, Zoey Jeffries of Greensburg, Jay Bryant of Campbellsville and Cassie Lindsey of Bowling Green; his sister Vickie Gray of Greensburg; his nieces and nephews, Hallie Meadows, Heaven Meadows, Renea Meadows, Hayden Meadows and Jordan Finn; and his great-niece Aleeah Woodson. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
