Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Cheryl Eileen Blakeman (Greensburg, Kentucky), who passed away at the age of 77, on September 7, 2025. She was predeceased by: her parents, Adrian Pierson and Mildred Pierson (Miller); her grandson Kelly Durham; her sister Linda Pierson; and her brother-in-law John Hicklin.
She is survived by: her husband Barry Blakeman of Greensburg Kentucky; her daughter Amy; her son-in-law Kevin Durham of Campbellsville; her grandsons, Eli Durham (Ella Cate Bishop) of Johnson City and Reece Durham of Campbellsville, Kentucky.; her siblings, Charlotte Hicklin of Madisonville and Don; her siblings-in-law, Valerie Pierson of Dresher, Bernie and Karen Blakeman of Bowling Green; Doug Hopkins. She is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, cousins.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 11th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Friday, September 12th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM at the Greensburg Church of the Nazarene (31 Blue Bird Ln, Greensburg, KY 42743). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 12th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy are requested as donations to the Greensburg Church of the Nazarene Ministries Fund or the Green County Food Pantry.
